THE BOOKING PROCESS:
Whether you book online or over the phone you can expect to receive a contract by email (please make sure you allow X-treme Fun emails through your filters or check junk boxes if you don’t receive it within 24 hours of your booking).  The contract allows you to confirm online with a digital signature and a secure online payment service for your deposit (1/3 of your total package price-shown on your contract).  If you prefer a check you can sign and mail the contract and deposit check to the address on the contract email.  Once payment is processed you will receive an email receipt letting you know we received your deposit.  We will also send you a link and password for music requests and planning forms (this link/password expires 5 days prior to your event).  A confirmation email will be sent the week of your party letting you know we are ready to go.  Please double check times and venue address on this confirmation to make sure we have it all right.  You will also receive a invoice email letting you know all the ways you can easily pay your balance either before (by cc-we don’t accept cc’s at parties or by check or cash at the party).  Next, on your party day, you will receive another confirmation email letting you know we are excited.  It will also list the names of your staff that day and our set-up arrival time (also on your first confirmation and usually 1 hour prior to your party start time).  The day after your party you will receive a thank you email with a little gift from us to show our appreciation for your business.
