CHOOSE YOUR DATE AND TIME:
You can use our availability checker at www.xtremefun.com to see if your date is available. We recommend you pick your time based on both availability and eating times (whether you do or don’t want to provide a meal and if that meal will be before, during, or after our activity time). We highly recommend you always invite your guests ½ hour prior to our start time so late arrivals don’t miss any games. You may also have them stay 15 min-1/2 hr after our activity time for cake (unless you book us for an add’l hour).
CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION:
You can have an XTF party in your backyard, garage, living room, pool or some parties are suitable for public parks (sports, games and relays). We offer San Dieguito Park for any party (not requiring electricity for DJ) for =$100. You get a private reserved area with picnic tables. San Dieguito Park is located in Solana Beach just east of the freeway. *High Adventure party is only done in San Dieguito Park and is included in the price. Things my parents won’t…and Wacky Water require a hose/water source. SDP allows us the use of their water for +$25 these parties are also great in backyards that have at least a 10x10 flat grass area. Beach Parties can be ran on most beaches without a permit as long as there is under 30 gathered people. If you are having the Bonfire add-on then La Jolla Shores or Moonlight Beach in Encinitas are your best bets. Lots of pre-planning goes into getting a pit (especially in summer months). We can help-call for details.
THE BOOKING PROCESS:
Whether you book online or over the phone you can expect to receive a contract by email (please make sure you allow X-treme Fun emails through your filters or check junk boxes if you don’t receive it within 24 hours of your booking). The contract allows you to confirm online with a digital signature and a secure online payment service for your deposit (1/3 of your total package price-shown on your contract). If you prefer a check you can sign and mail the contract and deposit check to the address on the contract email. Once payment is processed you will receive an email receipt letting you know we received your deposit. A confirmation email will be sent the week of your party letting you know we are ready to go. Please double check times and venue address on this confirmation to make sure we have it all right. You will also receive a invoice email letting you know all the ways you can easily pay your balance either before (by cc-we don’t accept cc’s at parties or by check or cash at the party). Next, on your party day, you will receive another confirmation email letting you know we are excited. It will also list the names of your staff that day and our set-up arrival time (also on your first confirmation and usually 1 hour prior to your party start time). The day after your party you will receive a thank you email with a little gift from us to show our appreciation for your business. |
