(Encinitas, CA) – From a small side venture to a successful entertainment company, Xtreme Fun is no stranger to raising the bar. So, it is no surprise that a full-blown branding and marketing campaign has been launched to propel the company into another dimension of success.

Scot Feld, President of Xtreme Fun Corporation, an interactive party and DJ production company located in San Diego County, had been contemplating adding to his staff for a number of years; his vision being to grow his company and add additional entertainment options for current, new and prospective clientele. In keeping with that vision, Feld has hired a roadie and technician crew for his equipment transportation and maintenance as well as a PR Director/Publicist.

“My idea was to not only hire staff, but to hire the right kind of staff,” explains Feld. “I know that, in order to achieve my objective of being the leader in interactive entertainment for Southern California, I would need great people on my team.”

Feld brought PR Director/Publicist, Misti Cain on board in January of this year. The first phase of Cain’s marketing and public relations efforts has been to create two divisions for the company. Xtreme Fun, the leader in interactive children’s parties and XTF DJ, the DJ/MC portion of the company that caters to youth and adults. The idea behind the XTF DJ spin-off division was to accentuate the company’s professional DJ services and highlight the customized entertainment options for youth, adult and corporate events this segment offers. XTF DJ’s tag line is The Next Level In Entertainment.

XTF DJ also includes Feld’s solo projects as M.E. or Master of Entertainment. This VIP experience is available to clients and businesses who want the president himself to DJ, MC, host or provide motivational and transformational speaker services at their event. M.E. originated from several clients who have worked with Feld over the years requesting him specifically for their parties and corporate events touting him as “the best of the best” in entertainment.

Along with developing the two new divisions, Cain is also working with Darcy Feld, Principal of Lima Con Leche, to design and develop new logos, marketing collateral and redesign Xtreme Fun’s website. The goal is to create a powerful brand synonymous with engaging, cutting-edge, high-level interactive entertainment.

In addition to streamlining his company’s image, Feld also hired a roadie/tech crew to streamline the company’s party production process. The roadie crew is now responsible for setting up, tearing down, transporting and storing all of the company’s entertainment equipment, while the tech crew provides technical support and back-up for quick fixes in the event of an equipment malfunction. For small events, help is nearby and for larger events the tech/roadie crew stays on hand during the entire event.

“What does this mean for the client? A stress free environment. Having party staff members who concentrate solely on the guests and the fun while the roadie/tech crew concentrates solely on the equipment allows me to focus on providing each client with professional, worry-free, amazing entertainment.” Feld says.

The company’s client list includes The San Diego Padres, Encinitas Country Day School, Kids Korps USA, San Diego Jewish Academy, Biogen Idec, Illumina Pharmaceuticals, Phoenix Suns, Jacobs Family, Sam Zion “The Cooking Guy”, Steve Finley, Jenny Craig and Family, Taylor Made, Kimberly Clarke, The Irwin Family and many more schools, organizations, private parties and businesses.

Events include birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, school events, celebrations, galas, fundraisers, teambuilding, end-of-year parties, special occasions and more for parties ranging from 10 to 10,000, casual or formal, business or pleasure.
